We are a full-service spa and licensed coffee bar located just a short drive outside Calgary city limits, and a longstanding, well-loved staple in the Heritage Pointe community. Our focus is on providing exceptional client care in a calm, professional, and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s individual needs. This role is ideal for an RMT who values clinical excellence, strong client relationships, and working within a collaborative spa setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs
- Perform client assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize a variety of massage techniques, including (but not limited to):
- Therapeutic and relaxation massage
- Deep tissue
- Sports massage
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant client records
- Uphold all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the applicable regulatory body
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed RMT
- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and modalities
- Strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and relevant medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach to care
Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-based compensation, with competitive splits based on experience
- Full-time RMTs generally maintain 25–35 booked treatment hours per week
